Saleen on a Gt

depends on where you get it but the cheaper the bumper the lower the quality. I cant remember the cost of the Saleen bumper I think its around $300-$400. I got a Cervinis front bumper, looks killer IMO.

Striped5.0 i did not know that cervin's made a 94-98 saleen front bumper. how long ago did you get yours. also how much

They dont, I got a Cervini's Stalker Bumper hence the part that I dont exactly know where to find cheeper but good quality saleen bumpers b/c I was not exactly looking for them.

IMO Stalker Bumper > Saleen Bumper.

Here's the thing.....of you are going to pay someone else to paint it, then usually for $20 more you can get them to put it on....that's what I did with my front bumper. They used 4 guys to do it to line it up right and prevent any freshly painted areas from scraping....you dont want to try to handle that on your own after a new paint job.

Myself and a friend put mine on after it was painted. No scratch's

Yea you have to be extremely careful putting it on. It depends a lot on the car also. I work in a bodyshop so I do a lot of stuff like this and even for us sometimes we make mistakes and of course have to fix them cosmetically. I'd def. get the shop to do it though. Do you really want to go home and rip your old bumper back off and try to put an aftermarket peice on? Usually the shop will test fit it first also to makesure the fit is good. And usuaslly they'll clean your car up if it's a good shop too so you can roll away from the shop already finished up.
