what is the correct pronunciation of saleen? is it say-leen or sa-leen. i have heard it both ways for many years. i am sure that steve and liz have an answer but different parts of the country pronounce it differently. anybody have the answer? stupid question but had to ask. i have always gone with the second and i am from the south.

I hate hearing someone mispronounce Steve's name. It makes me cringe every time!!! It's as bad as hearing.... NOZ!! Drives me crazy. Makes me wonder if people even care about proper english anymore. OK I'm done now! lol.....

Say-leen = common redneck pronunciation

Suh-leen = correct pronunciation (or as Steve says like "Gasoline")
