How is the following attached to the lower part of the door sills?

I rec'd a bag of sheetmetal screws that is supposed to be used to mount them, as per Joe at Downs Ford.

Does anyone have pics of this installation and how the screws were used?

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about. I was hoping there were some t-style pins but nope.

I'm need to mount point #1 in the following pic:

If anyone has install pics or tips/ideas, please let me know.

Thanks!

it looks like it clips on like the stock mustang side skirts.

not 100% sure on the saleens but i think you have to remove the stock side skirts. theres clips holding it in place in those holes you see on the saleen. after you get it off swap the clips to the saleens.

they should just snap into place.

just so you know those clips are a pain in the ass

Thanks for the reponse.

I already checked that. Those clips will NOT fit. The material on these skirts are twice as thick of the factory skirts. those clips are just not an option.

Go to the paint/auto body store and buy some more clips. They should use the factory mounting holes.
