I think the graphite FR500s look sick on our car. I have 17" polished cobra Rs

I wanted a set of Saleens for years and finally got em last year... I got polished... cant get into chrome myself..
I be loving these wheels... hands down still one of the best wheels, they look good on any Mustang...

chrome fr500's are too busy.. too many angles with shine coming off them..

I'd go hypercoated or Black chrome fr500's over the saleens.....

But chrome Saleens over chrome fr500's.. Does this make sense lol??

id have to agree, chrome FR500s are way too busy... and either way you look at it, you cant lose with a set of Saleens... if i didnt have my anthracite FR500s, id probably have a set of saleens...

so saleens is my vote... plus a set of those in chrome would look sexy on a yellow stang

Here's some pic's of my other 95 S351 with 99-up Saleen wheels 9's&10's. Guess you know what I would pick ... I do like the Fr500's also...

I'm replacing them with period correct 94-98 Saleen Lemans wheels in chrome. I found a guy selling them on another forum with tires!! I actually like the Lemans better than the 99-up wheels, but these wheels still look Sweet!

When I get the car back together I will post up some pic's with the new wheels. I'm redoing the suspension right now, everything but the springs. I'm also replacing the stripes, they were replaced and they are too high up on the door.

Yeah those deffinitly do look really good on our cars...so do the black fr500's. idk its such a hard decision...are those halo headlights on your stang? i really wanted those for a while too but i heard since there a one piece setup they dont fit well on our 94-98 generation...is that true?

yeah they are DO NOT buy those!!! I thought they looked cool at first, but they fit like crap cuz of the one peice design and they don't give out any light whatsoever.

I've got clear cobra's now and they are amazing I was gonna get smoked, but I got these for christmas and they work too good to swap. I'll try to post up new picks of the car soon and I'll update ya

18" Saleens and 18" FR500's are my favorite Mustang wheels. I wouldn't know what to pick in that choice....both I guess...lol.

I only go for chrome under hood. All wheels should be silver! I like FR500 over saleens.

Don't hate me!
