Since moneys is an issue this might not be a solution, but POR15 works really good. You can even paint it on with a brush on the undercarriage and it doesnt leave streaks or anything in the paint. I eventually want to do my floors, whole undercarriage, and the outside of my engine bay behind the fenders with it.
