I was wondering, if i can upload any tuned settinhs up into the tweecer. To make it easier. I was asking cuz my friend has many different settings saved on his laptop, and all he does is uploads it and walla. Of course this is for a GM though, not sure if it works on stangs

I am not sure I am picking up what your throwin down?

Do you mean someone elses tune?

Do you mean load up a fox, 96-98, 99-04 stock tune?

Do you mean load a tune you made a change and want to load it into tweecer?

What we do with the tweecer is we can change something to the order of 200+ setting within the eec programming. After we make a change we can then load it into the eec onto a possition on the knob that will hold 4 diff. tunes.

We can use someone elses tune as long as they are running the same family of eec. Like 94-98 is the CBAZA family any one of those familys programs will work (for the most part). Now the problem with running someone else's tune is...every combo no matter how close will react diff. to the mods. If its a good tune at MOST one might use a few things on thier tune or maybe...maybe a rough base tune to get started with say boost/diff. maf.

Yeah like put someone elses tune in my tweecer to start of with. Especially to deal with my drivibility isues. There getting in my last nerve. Like Last night i was with my friends they were tuning a gtp, and the guy who tunes was kinda tired, and just put a tune from another guy that was saved on the internet. He didn't say he got it from the internet, but i asumed cuz we were driving around looking for a wi-fi signal.
You get what im saying or do i sound like a mad man?

I get what your saying.

That does not really work for us though, like I posted about barrowing or useing someone elses tune as a base. There are just too many spacifics. If your running a cert. maf and are having a trouble getting a maftransfer together and they have a sim maf setup (size/brand/inj.) or inj. slopes high and low again as a starter tune. Chances are you will end up making changes to that tune as well.

The thing to me about this is, OK I got this tune and I still have to go threw the steps to tune it to my cars needs...your really not saving much as you will still need to learn how the eec works to make YOUR changes that will need to be made. Plus to me if I am going to have to change/tune it I might as well do the whole thing so I know what has been changed and not changed.

yes.

Again many people do barrow a maf transfer or inj. slopes if they find someone who has a close combo at a starting point...like if they just need to get the car running so they can run a datalog to tune against.
