saw a guy in a '05 get cuffed today..

something you dont see everyday...

bad day for this guy 3 Staters had him pulled over and laying the cuff's to him on 405 and Bothell Way, almost looked like they had him boxed in on the median...dunno... bad day for that guy it was a Blue '05.

405 is probably the worst place to speed.....cops have traps all over the place, unless he got cuffed for other reasons despite speeding the guy should be smarter than that. I'm sure it was during the day which isn't any better.

The last time an occifer was chewing me out, he said anything double the posted limit, or 100mph whichever comes first, is a jail-able offense. He may have been full of it, I dont know.

Maybe in Washington, in Oregon it's hard to get nailed for reckless driving.

Right you are and speed is not a necessary element. "(1) Any person who drives any vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving"

Gotta pick your time and spot carefully before doing the stupid stuff that we all do from time to time.
