Click to expand... Perhaps a bad batch of calipers. These aren't original equipment for his car. He bought them through Ford and put them on and then this happened. Makes me wonder if Ford changed manufacturers who didn't manufacture them correctly?? I've never seen that on ANY caliper ever. I know aluminum calipers sometimes flex, but never bend and hold position like that
