After selling off the extras that came with the car I am in it for 4500
Seats 550
brakes/wheels/tires around 600

So total about 5650

1350 bucks(or less) is not worth it to me to let the car go.

Keep fighting the good fight sir. I salute you.

So here is the million dollar question: If someone offered to buy the turbo car at a $1350 profit, would you do it?

Haha yep. But then, wouldn't you want to turn around and do it all over again? Avoiding the mistakes, of course.

No, for a fun street car I would do a internally balanced 351 stroker, TKO 500, larger fuel pump, brakes and suspension.

A/C, P/S and close to stock idle...... perfect.

Ah, don't tell me that. I've been leaning away from a W build this winter and more toward a turbo build.

100% this... I love having a stock idling, great driving stang.. I'm sick and tired of all the cammed 5.0's i owned that felt like a chore to drive instead of a pleasure.

If I sold my 5.0 I would just buy a terminator convertible and leave it stock and drive around with the top down and never pop the hood to do a damn thing.

Yea, I was never a fan of the interior of the 94-04 cars- kind of felt outdated, even when new. Liked the body styling, though. Love the interiors on the '05+ cars, FWIW.

I dunno. I am at a point where I just want to cruise. I miss my 03 gt and I love the 01-04 interiors.

Eh who am I kidding I just need to build a KB 2.2L 347 with a nice healthy cam or two.

I am just kidding with the two cams.

I'd really like to do a 03/04 cobra swap...but it might be cheaper to just do the kb 2.2 on a 347.

I dunno. All I know is I need horsepower. Everytime I drive my car I get tons of attention...but a stockish 302 won't hang with mich of the new stuff these days. He'll I think my daily driver could give it a run top end.
