Scratch Remover?

I haven't used GS27, but i've used a similar product. Meguiars scratchX. It doesn't really do much at all. Very fine scratches, like something you setting your keys on your car (not keying) should be able to come out. But really it doesnt do much. I imagine GS27 is the same. It should just go on and come right off. It may slightly dull the paint because of the abrasives in it. But a light polish or wax after should clear that up! Good luck to you

As a matter of fact, a friend of mine saw the the scratches on the driver's door of my Mach and he was sure that GS 27 or one other product he had (can't remember) would get them out. I was skeptical but hopeful because the ones on the door are real deep. Neither product worked. Even a real light scratch on my rear quarter was just barely lightnened with either of the products he used. That commercial they have for that GS 27 is a crock of crap. Some guy is scratching the crap out of a hood with a quarter and then that GS 27 miraculously masks it. :bs:

If the scratches are bad, take it to a professional.

Sure, if a 16 year old who works for McDonalds could save up that kind of money. :/

My boyfriend put a big scratch on the hood of his 81 Civic [It's not that great of a car anyways..] and we used it. It worked as for covering it up, but it left the indent from the key.
