Seat Covers question

I'm considering seat covers for my leather seats...mostly because they look kinda boring (light grey) and are cold to sit on in the winter/hot in the summer. The leather is in decent...near new condition, and wondered if the use of seat covers would cause any damage? I'm partial to WetOkole (neoprene skins) from past experiences, but they were covering cloth seats. Any ideas?

I cant imagine covering up my leather seats

But a seat cover shouldnt hurt the leather in any way. Best thing to do if you want to be 100% sure is find the seat cover you want and look if it says its for leather seats or call the manufacturer.

But IMO I dont think a cover could hurt the leather.

Personally, I've never been a fan of leather seats. They look like crap when they start to crack and wear. Expensive to repair, too! I bought my car used, so the option wasn't there to get cloth instead. Since the seats are in great shape now, I figured I'd do my best to keep them in this condition in the event I decide to trade/sell the car down the road. I'm concerned that with seat covers on leather that there may be a breathabilty issue which would cause premature wear or damage.
