Roush Seeking Suggestions on a Throttle Body Upgrade

I want to upgrade to the biggest throttle body possible? Are their any suggestions from those who have done the same? What are some recommendations? I am running a Saleen SC on a 2000 GT

Other mods completed at this point are:

3:73 gears
BBK Caster/Camber Plates
Short Throw Shifter
Straight Exhaust (Cochise County, AZ there is no emissions here, no converters necessary)

I posted earlier about having problems with the intercooler running 200+. Inspection into the problem revealed that my wires were crimped up and the fans stopped working. Now I am runnning about 130 and at times after a hard run it will get to 150. Any suggestions on the max temp I would want the intercooler to be running at?

Finally I had recently busted a rocker arm. I had the necessary surgery done. Can I expect it to be a weak link now? Or should the replacement make it like new and I should be having no worries?

75mm is the biggest you can go with on a Series2. I would look into accufab. I have their 75mm t.b.
