Haven't been around here for awhile. Been real busy with the new business. Need some capital to grow the business. The car has been sitting as usual and I figure someone else can enjoy it. This is not a for sale ad in anyway (I have an ad in the classifieds). Just wanted to let my friends on here know I've enjoyed the last 8 years. Met some really cool people. Still hang with a few of them. I know it sounds like I'll never be on here again which is not true. With a new business plus two kids it leaves no time for my hobby anymore. I'll be back with a fresh ride down the road sometime.

I saw a pic of the Fairlane in the daily driver thread, nice ride. That's something you don't see everyday.

Wow!

No more tales of getting the company turdbucket airborn or seeing pics of your carpeted garage with pieces of car and bottles of beer lying all over................

I wish you the best in your new endeavors Joe!

Keep in touch Joe! All the stickied threads here in 94-95 are gonna need Paul and I to keep up on them now, since I see that you're no longer one of our mods. I hope your car finds a new owner who will take as good of care of it as you, and hopefully they'll join up over here, if they're not already a member. Good luck with the business!

I'm in shock right now Joe, I can't believe you are selling it. I understand though if its being done out of necessity. What is the new business anyway, if you already posted about it I missed it.

Thanks for the words guys. This was hard decision. My oldest son (8 yrs old) actually cried about it. I'll be back with a badder ride. For now the car just sits and sits. It's not fair to the car honestly. Someone else could enjoy it.

I'm in construction now. I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4 Door (big motha). You guys are probably wondering why a Dodge. Two words-"Lifetime Warranty" on Powertrain. Nobody offers that plus the front grill is so aggressive.

Business is going well and I need to hire people and add equipment. Plus I need the room in my garage for stuff.

Come over and drive the car before she is gone.

Wow, I can't even imagine how hard of a decision it is to sell the car. I know my dad has toyed with the idea of selling his Chevelle to buy a new Vette, and I won't let him do it because its basically been our project since i could hold a wrench, so I know how your son feels. Great choice on the Ram though! My buddy has an '06 1500 4 door, and its one of the nicest trucks I've driven.

Good luck with the business, and stick around here!

Wow Joe.....that's a damn hard decision to make, but I'm sure, down the road, you'll have another masterpeice we can all admire.

If you ever happen to be north of the border, for some crazy, "I'm from Florida, what the hell and I doing up here in an igloo" reason, why don't you get a hold of us guys up here and we'll feed you some real beer

Hey I love the Molson (not the Ice) and know it's real beer. I don't drink anything American anyway.

My next car will be a the new Shelby 500 white with blue stripes. Right now I'm thinking long term so the business comes first then toys.
