Sequential Trun Signal Install Question

I recenty got the webelectrics sequential self install kit. I must admit it was fairly easy to install. My question is how do you slow the blinkers down? They seem to flash so fast that it is taking away from the sequential look. I like the "chaser" blinker look.Any ideas?
