Hello,
I am a Newbie with Sound Installation.
I have a 2005 Mustang with 1000 Shaker. My Subs and Amp in the rear trunk werent working for past two years since i have purchased from my previous owner.
When i checked with Ford Dealer, they said that i need new Sub Woofer and quoted 375$ with 95$ labor. With this info, I did some research on the subwoofer that is present inside the stock Mounding box that is in the rear trunk.
I read somewhere that it holds two 10" subwoofer dual coil with 4 ohms. Crutchfield suggests that i can replace the stock subs with Infinity 1062w.
What do you think. Can i follow their installation guide and replace the subs with these and pray to god that i should have no problem with the stock amps.
Please help.
