Well after seeing how bad my shift boot was getting smashed not to mention the shift knob was way off center when using my Tri-Ax shift handle I tried eveything to remedy it.
And I came up with this. Get a Metric set screw or make one out of a Metric bolt of course the same size as the shifter thread.
Screw it into your shift knob and adjust it in or out to set how far it goes on.
If you make your own out of a bolt like I did you can make it any length you want so it is more adjustable too.
Now my shift knob is on straight and my boot is not getting it's a$$ kicked.
