Shifter linkage for a AOD on a 65

I was off work today so I thought I would put a couple of questions that I had up on here. does anybody sell shifer linkage that will fit my stock floor shifer and that will connect to my aod? also does anybody sell a new driveshaft for the aod swap since the aod is longer than the c4? thanks

You can use your existing driveshaft and have it shortened accordly (approx. 1")
