I need some opinions. What does everybody recommend for a decent shock replacement for front and back for a 1993 Mustang. I going to install drag shocks during the offseasons, but I need to replace my stock ones right now. It's not a daily driven car, so I'm looking for a decent priced replacement for now that's good for drag. The stock ones were decent, I'm just wondering if anybody has gone to a different type or brand that is good. My left rear just started leaking and I don't want to leave it like that since the car is raced every weekend.

P.S. Opinions on drag shocks for next year are welcome too. I am going to get adjustables. Koni, Tokico, QA1, what's best? I am missing any others? Thanks for your help.

If you are looking for simple replacements then any cheapies at your local auto-parts store will do.

I've had/heard good things with lakewood drag shocks/struts.

I went with Koni yellows on my '90 weekend road race car. Lakewoods will probably be on the all out drag car.
