Getting a set of motorsport shorty headers and a catted magnaflow X pipe from a guy at work that upgraded to LT's and OR for $50!! Can i expect any gains from this setup? i already have PI intake CAI and AT catback. stock midpipe has almost 200k on it im sure the 6 cats have seen better days! Also i need to know what length/pitch bolts are used for the exhaust manifolds so i can get all new ones factory bolts look horrible! and what is a good source for header gaskets?

Thanks!

Yes, that will be a great bang for the buck for only $50. The Motorsport shorty headers aren't a "number one" choice if you are looking at available choices for shorty headers, but you'll still gain a little bit compared to the factory exhaust "log" manifolds.

The midpipe swap will yield good gains - getting rid of those factory cats works wonders. Just ignore the naysaying treehuggers when they frown at you for removing the cats.

You will get some gains but for the amount of work, it could be dissapointing....esp with the amount of work involved in putting them in. You will get more from just the new mid pipe.....

Posted via Mobile Device wow dude, your making the most gangster deal ever...as for the exhaust manifold bolts..order the stage 8 locking header bolts from summit..once you get those headers installed you wont want to end up having to go back under there due to a loose bolt.......trust me...kinda pricey at around $50 but WELL worth it

I know its a steal of a deal. My buddy has always been cheap. He recently replaced both CV axles and balljoints both sides of dads accord for $100 labor. Good work and good prices. He has not been getting much bussiness going yet since he opened his own shop and is off the beaten bath. hopfuly things will pick up for him.
