fixable yea.. but unless the guy dropped the price about $1000 or more.. he is gonna end up paying more to fix it rather than just buying it un dented

Hey trying to get some advice about whether or not I should buy this 86 Mercury Capri RS White with grey trim, tan and grey interior, auto trany with 2500 stall, upper and lower hotchkis control arms. The car has some surface rust on the top of the roof and on the back deck lid the interior needs the dash pad replaced as most do and the drivers seat on the left side could be sewed up other than that this car is in great condition. The car comes with extra parts that the owner is throwing in from his other Capri… msd 6al box, blaster coil, t-5 transmission, clutch, Windsor heads, 302 heads, Eldebrock intake, carburetor, full exhaust system from hedmann, long tube headers. I talked to him yesterday on the phone and he said he would even give the the bottom end of a 331 in the other Capri. He is getting shipped out this summer over seas and is trying to get rid of as many things as possible.

He was asking for $3000 for the car and the extra parts mentioned above, but he's dropped the price to $2500 now.

I'm thinking about putting the original nose back on my Capri. It looks like a '90 Stang right now. I've been inspired by WLDHRSES Four eyed freak.

Yeah that worked. Dugan's down in Georgia use to have a 83 Mustang notch with Capri fenders on it a few years ago and it looked nice.

Yeah the fenders, the front clip, just the stance of the car is sweet. Always had that look to them.

I'm 80% there. I just need to figure out a few things, like fly out there to get the car and drive about 1200 miles back Money isn't the problem but the funny thing is there are two cars I'm currently looking at but this one seems the better deal even though its further away from me.
