That seems to be a common misconception around here. Ask Evan Smith what he ran on his Stock Eliminator, when he was using his stock U/L intake manifold. Ask Ed Curtis what he'd use. Ask a good SBF builder what he'd use. The idea behind why you will lose low-end torque is understandable, but the same theory can be applied to a lot of things that are just not true.
