I took my car to the track and it ran pretty good. Should I install my 30lbs on there or just leave it as is? I don't want mess anything up.

I'm not familiar with the type of power numbers you're putting down, but unless you think you're running lean then I don't really see a need to install them until you have to.

I don't think I'm running lean. my plugs are fine and I have my fp set at 39psi. a dyno pull would be best of course.

you can't just drop in different injectors without either changing the tune or mass air meter

IMO, 30 pounders are too much for your set up. With your mods you're right on the cusp of out growing your stockers. 24's, possibly with an upgraded fuel pump, would be more appropriate.

when i looked at your sig before, all i saw was your picture, i did not see the rest of the combo

seems to me that 24#ers are plenty for that setup. do you know how much power you are putting down ... got any track times or dyno sheets? that would help identify if you are close to max on your injectors.

if it is running well, not pinging, and making good power, why change it?

no prob Chris.
that's my point, if it ain't broke don't fix it. It used to be an aode tranny and I dyno'd 240hp/265tq. I'm guessing about 270/285 with my t5 now and the a9l swap. I just took it to the track yesterday and it ran 13.3 at 102.

Juice is still very 'iffy' for me. I may or may not run it, but more than likely, no. So, I should sell them and get some 24s?

Not considering forced induction here and sticking to NA

Are you considering moving up to better flowing after market heads and support stuff that would put you over 300rwhp

Are you considering moving to a tuning method that would be not using elevated fuel pressure

I guess I'm saying you gotta think ahead about stuff like that to make a more informed decision on those 30's.

Or in other words ... it depends

lol, thanks. I don't think I'll be upgrading anything on this motor anymore. My next step will be a stroker, so I guess I'll just sell them.

I was also a N/A type of guy, but I realized how fast I wanted to be demanded alot more money than a NOS kit alone.

Put the inj. and get those heads ported along with your intake.
