No Jerry, it won't work on yours. Yours has a live axle. I already accepted Tarch's offer anyways. I'm going to put stock exhaust back on and either leave it like that or get the Borla Stingers. I've decided to keep it stock power for a while. Work on suspension tuning.

Oh well...guess I have to find one somewhere....Anyone?

The MAC exhaust for the 2003 Cobra also free up around 20 hp. It is the reason they are so loud....

I just like the rolled tips on the Stingers...

I may stay bone stock for power though. Would make it "unique" in its own weird sort of way...

Besides, after you b1tch slapped me 3 for 3, racing is just not as much fun... :flag:

Then it would just be a loud chambered muffler. Still free up a few ponies depending on what you have on it now.

What exhaust do you have on it now? As I recall you put an IRS in and maybe a stock IRS Cobra exhaust?

The dealer is so picky that they want my suspension stock before they will replace the halfshafts under warranty. They also mentioned my exhaust as a possible cause of the pop/tink noise. I think they are just trying to make it so hard on me that I will just go away. Little do they know I actually get a "sick" enjoyment out of disassembling my car. Must be the masochist side of me. In any case Terminatrix will be "bone stock" as far as power mods go, I may even put the paper filter back in. Should be interesting to see how it performs, since 03 Cobras don't stay stock for very long.... :flag:

Jordan it was just beginers luck :D Seriously though I miss you down at the track,we need to race the ricers and not each other.Either way sometimes in fun to enjoy the other side of the coin too, and enjoy the handling and looks of the cobra....and youve definately got the looks going on.Yours is one of a kind and looks wicked :nice: :flag:

Hell no's you shoudln't put your car back to stock form?! ARe you nuts?!

What are you going to do when i get a single turbo supra?! Certainly you can't let me get too far ahead of you on the roads.

909 have you raced any single turbo supras around here yet? I think they would be a kickass race for you.

Why do you think I'm demodding....? The problem with being a 12 second car is that it gets boring racing anything but 12 second cars. This will open up more races for me.

I'm just doing it cause I'm bored and want to try a fresh approach to modding the car.

Go back to bone stock. Get some numbers. Add suspension mods. Try a different exhaust. A true Cold Air Intake....

If I feel the need for speed, a pulley swap only takes a couple hours.. :flag:

There's a new sport bike killer rolling around Vancouver...perhaps a 909 killer as well :D

Stock shocks and catback back on the Cobra. Rides better than the anti hop shocks and is REALLLLY quiet... As soon as FOrd either fixes the halfshafts or says no, I"m looking for antoher catback. Maybe a 3 inch system this time....

I'm not sure Jordan, but I dont think your going to get any big gains with a 3 inch exhaust unless you plan on going over 500 hp,in fact you might loose some torque  :flag:
