Life is full of drama!!! I am about to purchase some wheels for my 65 fastback. This will be my second set since December. I bought magnums with BFG TAs first and now I want more rim for my black 65 fastback. I am thinking about going with Torque Thrust IIs in a 17 x 8 configuartion at all 4 corners. Please help push me over the edge so I can move along with my project. I got $6000.00 in my 347 and I know it is going to snap my t-5 in two.. Drama.. Show me your rim combos, Please help a brother out!!!!

Well, it isn't a great shot of the wheels, but here ya go:

Just the standard 14" Torq Thrust D's, but I plan on going with 17" Bullitt wheels as soon as I can.

Post up a pic of your current setup. I'd love to see it.

17 x 8 American Racing Hopster + 45 series Falkens. Something different, for about the same money as TT2's (actually a little less).

LOTS more pictures on my webpage as well.

#1, yes he does

#2, you are crazy, but entitled to your opinion.

#3, coupe would make a better drag car because it's lighter

#4, the correct term is Styled Steel wheels. I believe Rally wheels is a term for a type of Chevy wheel. (could be wrong on that one)

Hey Duke, your car looks gnarley!
Seriously it looks just like mine except yours has kick ass wheels and tires and mine has hub caps. I have been looking at those exact wheels or the AR Torque Thrust II. What size wheels and tires are yours? Looks great!

Personally when I get ready to put wheels on I am going to go with the mickey thompson classic II. I like their styling and it is something you just don't see on cars.
