Side exhaust with SF connectors?

Body Questions--need to order parts soon

After wrecking my car, I am putting the 00 Cobra R bodywork on a 00 GT. This will be in the body shop soon and I have some questions.

1. is there a side exhaust that can be run with subframe connectors?

2. the holes for the spoiler 00 'R supposedly mount up to the factory holes, but I believe that the 00 GT models are drilled in different places, does anyone know if this is the case? And if so how much of a pain this is to fix.

3. does anyone know of an OEM quality source for fiberglass/carbon fiber fenders and quarter panels?

i ran side exhaust on my car with spintech's subframe connectors. they are notched to clear the exhaust.

Magnaflow DOES NOT clear all subframe connectors... the only ones it clears are the bolt on Roush subs

Spintech offers side exhaust, with a Cobra R flair, and their subframe connectors... those connectors are weld in and are strong! And on top of that spintech's side exhaust sounds sweeter than any other side exhaust...
