Silverstar fog lamp bulbs?

Has anybody found Sylvania Silverstar fog lamp bulbs? I saw them listed on Sylvania's web sight as #9145ST but can't find them for sale. I'd like to find Silverstars for the headlights but they say they do not make them yet, they're supposed to have an upgraded headlight bulb in their XtraVision line but I haven't found them yet either.

I have the silverstar 9005's in my fogs and they work great...No issues whatsoever!
