Simple ricer question/poll

Since I have the option, which one do you guys think will match best? :D

Replacing the narrowband shown. Stick with silver/white? I think black looks better but it doesn't match the interior as nicely.

I have slightly color deficient vision so I always have a hard time deciding :p

And while I have your attention, which shift light housing will match best? Black or silver? I may just end up putting it in the AC vent, but still. Figure I'll go with the blue LED since my gauges, HVAC panel, and stereo illuminate blue.

Is this Gauge (sorry for the small pic):

It's a Greddy 60mm gauge. This particular guage can be difficult(ish) to find because they have a newer one out that IMO doesn't look near as good as this one.

Photoshop that bad boy in there and see what you think.

Product Description
The GReddy Air/Fuel Ratio gauge allows constant monitoring of the ever-crucial air/fuel ratio. This electronic warning gauge will let you know if the ratio becomes unacceptable. Ratio measurement range is 16.0 to 8.0 (i.e. 16 parts of air to one part of fuel). As with all gauges we offer, the price includes everything necessary for an easy installation.

This gauge is available in both black or white face. Both colors light up green at night.

I'd say a black face and ring since it already doesn't match, being mounted on the pillar instead of in the dash or in the console. And a black shift light housing as well, since wherever you put it, silver is going to stick out.

Why do you want your shift light to be the same color as all the other lights? Seems you would want a shift light to stand out from all the other distractions. And since it won't be on very often, matching colors seems doubly unimportant. And a bright blue shift light at night would irritate me.

IMHO.

Probably a good point, and blue is the most expensive. Probably go with red or yellow, and a black housing.

I'll mess around with the gauges in the car but for now I guess I'll stick with the white/silver since I already changed it.
