So a buddy was telling me there was an article about a single piece headliner for classic mustangs in some hot rod mag, but he doesn't remember what mag it was in. He said it was from a couple of months back, made of fiberglass or plastic.

Anyone read it, or have the info on who makes it?

Anyone know if anyone makes them?

Thanks!!

I read that same article in Hot Rod Magazine a couple of months back. It was a small piece buried in a series of articles on making custom interiors. It showed how to make a fiberglass form out of the roof top and then finish it to fit into the interior. They did mention a company that makes some for the 67-68 Mustang. I think it was Mustangs Plus but I couldn't find anything on their web site. I'll have to dig up the article and post more if I can find it.

I found the article. It's called Interior Tips and Tricks from Hot Rod Mag Aug 08. It's a 4.5 MB file; I had scanned the whole article in last month. If you'd like a copy PM me and I will send it to you. The article says Classic Design Concepts will custom make a 67-68 fastback headliner for customers. It didn't mention any othre years or body styles though.

i just found the article after going through my old mags so i can clean up the house a little bit, i have a lot of old magazines!!!!!!!, and box them up and store some of them in the shed.

it's in the August '08 issue on page 104
