Smog and A/C delete. Need belt size.

I did a search and found so many different answers. I have an 86. I am removing the smog and A/C, and will be using the FMS A/C Delete kit. I am not sure which size belt I will need. People say 70.5-73 inches. I think in the end I will have to take a tape measure, but my friend did this swap in his 1990 and he said that the belt rubbed on itself not having to go around the smog pump, going from the crank to the alternator. Anyone else run into this problem? What size belt did you use?

If it rubbed on itself he shoulda got an inch shorter belt. Does the FMS kit move the P/s pump up or just put a pulley where the a/c used to be?

I took the smog and Ac off my 85 and my belt length was 71.5 inches. I THINK

The FMS kit moves the PS pump in place of the A/C.
