smog hook ups on back of heads

i just thought about this but i'm not going to re-hook up ANY of the smog stuff on my car and i was wondering, on the back of each head where those smog tubes screwed in, do i need to plug those holes or what? thanks!

what i usually do is cut the tubes off and turn the part around so the flat spot id covering the whole and rebolt it on. Works fine with no problems...

thats what i did and it works great!

I just install pipe plugs in the holes to plug them off.

i understand..he says cut the tubes and flip the blocks over so they're solid, and bolt back on...i wasnt as smart so i cut my pipes and left an inch or so, then rolled it over a couple times and smashed the tubes flat against the blocks so no more air could get through, then reinstalled..

i cut off the tubes inserted a bolt in the tube end and welded the hole shut i guess i should have just fliped them around i could have saved about 20 minutes of time

call up summit and order 2 thermactor plugs. They only have one kind and trick flow makes them
