Installing long tubes and an offroad h pipe this weekend, so I ordered a smog pump delete, my question is, is this a direct bolt in setup? Remove the smog pump, remove the old exhaust, and install? Or am I missing anything else? Thanks!

Why spend time finding a delete kit and then wasting money on it when you can just take off the smog pump and run a short belt?
You spend all that time and money when you can spend just a little more time looking up belt lengths that other people have used (to get you going in the right direction) and then you save a lot of money by not having to buy a delete kit. I just don't understand the thinking

depending on the brand of belt and what alt/crank pulleys you are running 83.75 to 84.5 inch belt is what will work for a smog pump delete.

My son used the delete pulleys before he knew he could just run a short belt...
The pulleys wobbled and sqeaked right out of the box. Cheap.
Took them off and ran short belt... problem solved.
The pulleys are just more bearings you have to worry about failing or making noise.

Emissions testing won't fail you if you remove the smog pump? I know these cars are getting old enough to be considered classic but don't they still require smog testing?

Most of the nation does not have emission testing.
Just a few Nazi cities/states have sniffers.
I guess you live in one of them.

Even if you have emission testing though, there are ways to pass, even with the dirtest, nastiest, and smoking-est vehicles you have ever seen... 
I wouldn't even bother with the smog pump delete pulley. Just use a shorter belt and reroute it. like this.

Thanks guys for the help i ended up getting the delete pulley anyways lol, i went with the ford one because it looks stock, i used to do stickers here in Massachusetts and anything thats OBD1 or older is a safety inspection, so i decided to install the longtubes and offroad h pipe!

actually, i say it looks more stock without the pump or pulley there. the pulley looks out of place to me, but its yours and its done.
