Smog pump & high flow cats

i have a magnaflow x pipe with high flow cats. can I bypass the smog pump without hurting the cats. the car is stock with minor bolt ons. I want to bypass the smog pump and that canister and some of the piping. it just looks groose.

just get a dead pulley for the smog pump it wont hurt the cats at all to not run one it just helps them burn gases better.
