smoking problem...AGAIN!

hey guys! i recently pulled my 331 stroker bottom end out because of ring issues...i was running so dang rich with two bent exhaust valves, so that explains why that bottom end smoked...i put my stock bottom end back in with all my aftermarket goodies on top...it still freaking smokes! i didn't have problem with it at all when it came out...it sat for like 7 months, but i lubed up the cylinder walls and primed the oil pump for a few minutes...i thought i was alright...at idle, it smokes white...theres no chocolate milk in the oil and no oil in the antifreeze so i know its not that...when you rev it, it smokes blue...that makes me think rings...i was told that bad rings smoke white from a trusted source...what do you guys think? is there anything i can do to reduce this? any suggestions would be great...thanks!

thanks man, that helps...i know its not rich cause i had it tuned and leaned out...i did a compression test and all cylinders are around 120-130 each...if a little coolant is leaking in the combustion chamber, where should i look first? the heads?
