I have 2 cars that need new carpet. The local JY has 2 cars with carpet that is in great condition, they are both 96 models. I know it has been done but does the carpet fit well and look good in a fox body?

It works with mods.

Trim down rear section where it goes under the back seat.

The bottom seat belt holes are slightly higher/set back a tad. Oblong lower seat belt hole where it bolts to the rocker panel.

94-98 Mustang front buckles were in the floor like a fox, but 99-04 Mustang front buckles are bolted to the seat, so if you get 99-04 stuff you have to poke two holes for the bolts under the console.

The sides where the sill paltes screw down are a tad too long as well. Just take some strong/sharp scissors and cut them out.

I have used 94-04 style carpets in two foxes now. Once all your trim is in it will look great.

Sounds good, I will get them and give it a try. I can handle doing a little trimming, i was just curious if it fit the floor wheel and looks like it should be there.

I want to measure mine. It doesn't look that tall.

I got carpet from a 99 and my only issue is that it doesn't seem to come up as high under the pedals. Only an issue for me as that's where I ran some additional wiring. Moved it over the steering column and it doesn't look as bad now.
