Actually, it has been asked a 1,001 times, and I feel like I've replied in most of them!
They will bolt right up, but do sit a bit higher. You can use the Fox seat track, but you will possibly need to drill holes and use some washers to mount them level on the 99+ seats. To hook up the power tracks or just the lumbar, you need to make a jumper harness from the Fox lumbar plug to the seat plug, easy to do.
