So I guess when we do SOTM for the year we can call it SOTMY :D

Anyway this months win is well deserved. He has a beautiful car that is cleaner than it was when it rolled off the production line, 04sleeper and his 04 Cobra.
Congrats to everyone nominated and they are eligeable for next month.

Here is what Kevin wrote;
I am 36 years old. Born in NJ and moved to West Palm Beach, FL when I was 13 and lived there for 20 years. Moved to Dallas to sell Concrete Mixer Trucks in July of 2004 .

I started working on Mustangs back in 1987 when I was 15.

My first Mustang was a 1982 GT with T-Tops which ended up getting T-Boned! Then I bought an 85 LX that I only had for 6 months. Then I bought an 88 GT which I sold and then bought an 89 LX Coupe. I also had a 93 LX hatch for a month which I got rid of.

I moved to TX in 04 and I brought my 89 Coupe with me.

Most older people on Stangnet knew me as "89sleeper" and I had my screen name changed when I bought my 04. I just kept the "Sleeper" part because that's how most knew me.

I have built several cars over the years for friends including one that was on the cover of MM&FF back in October of 1995.

I bought my Cobra used with 10,200 miles on it.

A "Torch Red" 04. 1 of 477 Torch Red Coupes. Build number 1969 of 3768. I was built on Wednesday, February 4, 2004.

Thanks all. :cheers:

I really do enjoy Mustangs and all the people that I have met over the years because of it. I think that there a lot of other enthusiasts on here that enjoy it as much as me.

After owning 5 Fox's, I really like the way the technology has gone. If someone would have told me I could have this type of performance from a Mustang and still reap the benefits of driveability back in the late 80's, I would have told them that they were crazy. Ford really did a great job with this car and it really takes well to mods.

This is the first online forum I had ever visited or joined. I suppose I am kind of new to this section because I spent so much time in the 5.0 tech section helping people out with the Fox's.

I do have quite a bit of knowledge from working on these cars for so many years so if anyone would like to know my opinion on something, just ask. I wish I had something like this when I first got into Mustangs back in the 80's. It would have saved me a lot of time and money, that's for sure!

Anyway thanks :SNSign:

Kevin
