it's probably the EGR bung since the headers are swapped and that one comes from the passenger's side.

oink does amazing work, no question. those are beautiful.

I supplied the header, and Oink did the work for me.. I'm a great welder but I don't have a welder at my home, and Oink is the man when comes to this stuff so i sent my header to him.

I paid $169.00 for a set of MAC shorties and OINK did the MOD for $70.00

Got them off ebay for $350.00 and no shaft play and they spool like hell...

cool!

"50trim" .. is that your way of saying the exhaust turbine housings have an a/r of .50?

do you have a "build thread" yet? i'd like to follow your buildup.

lol, you went and posted pics of the header before it was finished. It's all good, the header is good to go and on it's way to you. Curious what you plan on doing with the headers, as in how do you plan to place the turbos, and route each pipe to each turbo?

I think the trim is seperate from a/r while they could be related.

Yeah, it could be that the compressor outlet has a diameter of 50mm. What are the A/Rs of the turbines? I'm just trying to get an idea of when they would spool up ...

Im not sure...depends on the exhaust a/r. I would think they are .6X at max but they are probably a little lower.

Those sure look like To4Bs to me.. You sure that's a T3 exhaust housing?

BTW, if your worried about which a/r they are, simply look inside the exhaust housing for the imprinted #.

Oink, i'm going to run the manifold exhaust so the turbos are right in front of the front tires, tucked in were your horns are.. Then I'm going to run the exhaust from the turbos through the A-arms (coil-overs needed) and have them meet back up to the H-pipe right were the 45 degree bend is.
I'm also thinking about putting in a Y-exhaust right that i can open and close electrically from the cockpit for racing... Have to see how my money runs after i get all the parts together.. those things are $200 each.. still saving for my wastegates
