Well its sucks. Oh well, better them fire me than me quit. I have been at that company for a little over two years, and now all of a sudden, Im "Not making the company any money" and my schedule wont work for them. Since I am planning on attending the Police academy in June. Just in case your wondering I was a driller for a driling company that tested the soil for bridges, roadways and buildings. Oh well... Off to bigger and better things.

Just think now you can aim your abuse of power in their general direction.

Sorry to hear that bro ... but keep your head up and take it as motivation to move onto a better job. Since you got fired you can probably collect unemployment for a bit ....

Congrats on the new opportunities available to vets, man! Check out your state employment job listings, all hiring at state levels(in Illinois, anyhow) is done by veteran preferance, I work for the Il Dept of Transportation, and they only want vets. If you go to Florida's State trooper website, they might have some really good news for you!

Sorry to hear that. I just got out the Navy. I was attached to a gator. So every deployment I was elbow to elbow with about 2,500 Marines. I remember this one old salty Gunny. I was walking down a p-way on the ship. I said good morning Gunny. You know blood makes the grass grow. He turned around with the most serious face I have ever seen. And said you goddamn right it does. I walkd around the corner and fell on the ground laughing. Anyway good luck with the police academy. I'm trying to get into the US Marshals myself. If not then I will settle for the local sheriff's department. Anyway good luck devil dog.
