Well first I had the idea of getting the svt 17's for the fastback but those suckers somehow made their way to my recently purchased foxbody.

Then I came across these.

18" Boyd Coddington's 10" rear 9" front.

I am still not sure what size tires to run on these since space is limited. I think I will be forced to run a tire that fits flush with the lip.

Does anyone know any tires that would fit flow with the lip which is aproximatly 11" for the rear and 9 7/8's" for the front.

If anyone is wondering they are from the Gotcha series model Fury. At a rediculously high cost of $732 bucks a wheel. :bang:

dang now im confused the ones I was quoted for were in the 300-500 a wheel from the salesman I spoke with, what makes em cost so much? other than they look niiccce

about the tire choice I have no idea

You got my vote I like :nice:

Hey Fos,

I just got the 17x8 Smoothie Two's from Coddington. Yes, they cost a bunch, but compared to the cost of the Halibrand style, which was my first choice, these were cheeper by $200. Boyd's wheel shop builds them to order. Hand built! (ie. the cost of the wheel, and made in the USA) And they look sweet. When I get the disc brakes put on this weekend, I will post a pic.

Fos, I hope you have really big rotors for those wheels... and very clean calipers.. and painted... and.... they do look real sweet. Nice choice.

Yes Other boyds do run as cheap as $400 a piece but the Fury is one of the more expensive models.

So far I have decided on 13" front brakes and the 11.65 I have on the rear are the ones pictured. Which may get bigger or at least cross drilled.
