Some minor problems - looking for advice

I've had my 2001 GT Vert for about year now and it runs pretty good. However, there are a few minor issues that are starting to bug me. I was looking to see if anyone has some fixes for these:

- I have a strange squeak coming from the rear end. It happens most at slow speeds driving over speed bumps and the like. Is there some sort of bushing or something that could be rubbing?

- Second - chirp from the engine when cold. Sounds like a belt or pulley - idler pulley maybe. Are these easy to change?

- Power steering pump is leaking. I can't find out from where. Just a little, but enough to bother me.

- Finally - everytime I put down the windows down, they squeak like crazy. Anyone got any ideas on fixing those?

I got the same sueaking windows on my 2001 Mustang GT Convertible.

Chirp probably due to the power steering leaking. The rear squeak is quite normal, I wouldn't worry about it. Windows you can use silicone grease I think? I have an 01 with 53k miles, not a single problem.
Oh rear squeak could be your spring isolators wearing out and there is now metal to metal contact. Try greasing them or get them replaced.
