Since someone helped themselves to my digital camera, I had to take the pictures with my crap camera phone. I just washed her at the spray and wash, too. Haven't had time to take the Porter Cable to the absolutely trashed paint yet. I did unfortunately discover that the springs are cut. Found out that the driver's front wheel bearing is shot at the same time. Ah, the joys of used car ownership.

Here's a picture of what I was talking about in a previous thread. My passenger seat hits the inside of the door when closed. There's no room at all.

One other thing, what's with the body lines not lining up between the fender and the door? It's the same on both sides. The top line is close, but the bottom is way off. It's worse on the driver's side.

not sure about the seat thing; maybe take the seat out and see if the tracks are jacked up

the door thing is typical ford quality on the stangs

My seat is like that too...It creaks & makes noise against the door panel

The Stang looks good btw!!! I love Sonic Blue & the paint doesnt look trashed to me, but maybe the pictures dont show it??

My only suggestion is that u remove that ugly steering wheel cover ASAP!!!

Car looks awesome! Change the rims when you get the chance though, I hate the look of those old stockers.

Yeah, my shoes are about to fall into pieces. I run my Chucks into the ground before I buy fresh ones.

I need to find someone that can run a Carfax for me, since I am going to be broke as a joke for a while. I'd really like an Oasis report since I'm almost positive the driver's head has been replaced, but beggars can't be choosers.

There is an actual TSB for the seat hitting the door. I got mine fixed for free when they did the TSB for the T3650 tranny issue.

Yeah, I checked my passenger door and it hits too, but I dont really see a problem with it like that. So what did they do to change it?

They put in some shims or replaced some washers or something like that. I dont really remember since it was a couple of years ago.

The only reason it bothers me is 1. It wasn't that way on my 01 GT, and 2. It squeaks the leather on the door like crazy! I'm going to have a shop realign both doors to see if it helps, and if it doesn't, then it's time to mess with seat bracketry.
