You can pretty much tell what the dude's thinking and/or saying by the two smileys he posted first. He was daydreaming about/drooling over the car. Smiley's ftmfw.

they were just talking about how great the color combo and the paint was. they were especially digging the pinstriping. I'd be proud.

Just register and say thanks for admiring my car or something like that.

I like the touch with the XXV on the pinstriping. That's very cool.

Youjust need some better front brakes

Looks like "Bullit" has another Mustang that he is working on and his forum buddies are telling him to paint it two tone also. They want him to get some rims like 25thmustangs, but he says no he wants some black ones instead. They are all really amazed at the car.

I don't mind people posting pics of the car, its the net thats what it's for. I was just wondering what the posts said, as I don't speak any spanish. I have no problem with someone using them and admiring them, just making sure it didn't say, how do you guys like my car, I just finished it...

I would post and say thanks, but I doubt it would be understood by anyone without the translation thing.

Brian, it sucks when people do that! At least they're admiring your car and aren't trying to pimp it to sell products. I've had that happen to me twice within the past two months. First, Mustangs Unlimited takes MY picture of MY hood, hoodscoop and Cobra decal, and uses it to sell the decals on E-Bay. I then checked their online catalog and lo and behold, there's my picture there too. I had a few e-mails back and forth with their Connecticut manager but in the end, decided to let them use it because I didn't want to "rock the boat". As you know, I go down there quite a bit during the summertime for their shows.

Last week, some clown on E-Bay took MY picture of MY car and is using it in his advertisements to sell reproduction '79 Cobra, '80-'81 Turbo, '82 GT hoodscoops. I've been fighting with this clown to have it removed and he won't do it. I've reported him to E-bay for picture theft and they won't help me at all. I've also left him some negative feedback. To aggrevate him some more, I've been bidding on the hoodscoops and have already won two of them. I'm not sending him a dime! He's now reported me to E-Bay for non-payment. We'll see how that shakes out. Here's the link for this tool.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280174772400

These are the pic's that have been stolen and used without my permission.

By the way, I don't care if people print pictures of my car, show them in other threads, or copy their car to look like mine. I just don't want people using it to SELL products without consulting me first.

Usually if i post a picture of someone else's car....i try to throw a name with the picture.

I hate when people reply to a thread thinking it's my own car when i just used the pic to point out a certain mod or wheel or something like that

Alright so I am pretty sure the pics were taken off this site, as they have all the photos I used on my thread over here. The message board is in Spanish and with a Spanish translator it gives me nothing, as most people on boards don't use proper language, whatever one it is. So anyone who knows Spanish and I assume knows it well, please let me know what this guys is saying? If he is just posting about the car no worries, but if he is claiming it to be his, that might get me a little unhappy. Don't claim something you have never even seen before in person, to be yours.

this is what he said in his first post most of it anyhow. You can use this site to help translate http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

if, those hoops I am going to him to put to the black but not of that color, but that black, they are worth $125 ahead and $155 atras, do not estan expensive to comparison of others., but first I must return it from 5 to per to us, and simultaneously it becomes from discs in the 4 rims, because that line todavia used drum brake atras, but first I want to finish arming it, the good thing is that the brakes of mustang that follows to him they are upgrade.. and my car is of two vos tones

Trust me I was on the translation sites, but I cannot decifer what exactly is being siad with them... I dont have ANY issues with someone using a picture, so long as they don't claim the car to be theirs or to be the photographer...

Hissin that is awful. I would be at the guys throat if they used my car to sell something and failed to ask me about it first. I would probably be doing worse to someone like that. It's not even your product, get it off your Ebay or magazine ad!

Well if he isn't claiming it to be his, then I will look stupid, especially not knowing spanish and all .

As long as someone isn't claiming something of mine, then no worries.
