i just bought some rims. there 17x9 cobra r's, but there painted black with a polished lip. i bought them from some guy on corral. they were on his 95 Cobra R, they have brand new tires on them nad i paid $1,100 for them. he has them sent to cali to get them done, they look sweet esp on a white car. i don't have tem on my car yet cuz of the snow in nj, but i post of pic and when i get them on my car i will be sure to post pics.

I'ev been looking EVERYWHERE for a set of black cobra r's. I was about to settle for a set of black bullets but i think the black cobra r's would look so sweeet on my yellow gts. Do you know of anywhere else theses are avaible? Thanks

Not sure why someone would do that to a real R, but they sounds pretty cool!

i don't think u can buy them, they were custom done...but the guy i bought them off of didn't paint the original wheels, he bought another set of real r's and had them done. thanks for the input guys keep it up

Hey guys, you can go here voodooperformance.com to get the black wheels. You can get them in 17 and 18 inch and they come with the real centercaps!!! I might be puttin some on my white 97 ranger. Hope I could help. Oh yeah every now and then you can catch these things pretty cheap on Ebay. And now I don't work there or anything, just have the same name lol
