I was just reading the other day how the Cobra R program never quite went the way Ford intended. Rs were only available to people with a valid racing license, because Ford wanted them to appear on race tracks to promote the brand. Instead most were bought by collectors and squirreled away in garages... Like this one. SAD.

Would be nice if the new Ford GT was somewhat obtainable. Instead it's $500k and a lottery and prices will climb.
