Sorry Mity, this really blows... maybe, just maybe they will actually get so sick of you that they'll do it right so they never have to see you again haha.

Seriously tho, 6th return.... they must be losing money up the banghole bynow. you would think they'll do it right so that they don't have to see my car anymore...

Anytime you get in an accident, doesn't matter if its your fault or not, insurance companies cannot tell you where to have it fixed. it is completly your choice of who repairs your car.

It's against the law for insurance companies to tell you that u have to take it to body shop A when you want to take it to body shop B.

try getting ahold of your insurance agent. you might have to pay your deductible upfront, but it will get fixed the right way, most times your insurance company will go back against their insurance company and your deductible will be reimburst to you.

hopefully you have state farm or another good company. You might have to pay more with a better company but aleast the work will get done right.
