Sound Dampner Weight?

I'm thinking of doing my trunk with a gallon of either Edead or Secondskin Spectrum liquid sound deadner. How much weight will this add to the car? Any ideas?

Not familiar with that product, how much does the gallon tub weigh to ship it? Thats how much it will weigh in your car. I used dynamat extreme, and its pretty heavy, dont even have a guess on the weight though.

I found out it weighs 9lbs for any1 interested.

The liquids are FAR less weight than their asphalted mat counterparts. They work a little better. Best of all, they don't smell like tar

Thats odd that it only wieghs 9 lbs, a gallon of water weighs aprx 9 lbs... so basically the liquid weighs the same as water..... The liquid I got came in a quart (enough for the trunk) and wieghs 15 lbs craps heavy and dries "fluffy" but its awesome and no smell.

I emailed the company and was told it weighs 12lbs weight and 9lb dry.
