Speeding Ticket Kindof Dismissed

well, just got the word from my lawyer... the 96 ticket was dismissed.... on the grounds that the laser was never recorded from that... but he did have the speedo check on me... which was 75... so I'm stuck w/ that ticket.... which hella sucks! it's not 96, but it's still a ticket!

well... not exactly... I'm 4-1-0 right now (zero ties) but the final ticket: headlight ticket, is still pending... but that should be just a breeze! however... I'm not sure about the insurance thing now... I just found out that my insurance company is worse than Pemco! so I might be kicked anyway, let alone being able to afford the increase!
