Speeding ticket

Well, me and a friend were out going to ride some curves in his car, dont know why but I didnt take mine, anyway we got stoped doing 64 in a 45. Dont remember how many points he said he had on his liscence, but this was his last ticket before losing it I think. Anyone know if he has any options as far as driving school or anything to keep it off his record? I know I got out of one back home by taking a defensive driving class. Dont think he has done that yet so maybe that is an option?

The general rule is that if you haven't had a ticket in the last 18 months you're eligible for driving school which you can do online.

yup, Johns89lx is right. more than likely he will get stuck with the ticket. his only chance of getting out of it would be to plead not guilty and then hope the cop doesn't show up to the next court date. if they cop doesn't show they toss the ticket.

I used the advice from TicketAssassin to do a trial by written declaration. Won one, lost one.

I then used the traffic lawyer I posted above to get out of tickets. Won one, lost one.

So no method is foolproof!
