My speedometer for some reason has started to hang up from a stop. The actual needle will not come off zero sometimes and you have to hit the gaugue cluster and it will then jump up to 15 or however fast u are actually going. Once you do that its usually fine???? just wondering what may be causing this and if I can fix it Thanks!
