Buy the speedo cable gear from mustangs unlimited or pretty much anywhere you get gears from.. Its the white gear for 373's.. that should get it a little closer but it won't be 100%
It's a white gear with 21 splines. I have the same one and my speedo only reads about 5 mph higher at 60. It's a good safety measure, it keeps you going slower.
